How it works

We make it quick to reach a septic company that serves your address.

  1. You call or send a request

Tell us your area and what's going on: routine pumping, a transfer of ownership inspection for a sale, a backup or odor, wet ground over the disposal field, or a new system for a lot you're building on.

  2. We connect you with a local company

Calls and requests go to an independent septic company that works in western Yavapai County.

  3. The company handles the job

They quote, schedule and do the work. Pricing, warranties and terms come from them directly.

What we are and aren't

Prescott Valley Septic Pros is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.

In Arizona, transfer of ownership inspections have to be done by an inspector who meets ADEQ's rule: a recognized training certificate plus a qualifying credential, such as certain Registrar of Contractors licenses, a septage hauling vehicle license, or registration as an engineer or sanitarian. Construction and repair work is done under a Registrar of Contractors license, and permits for most systems in the county go through Yavapai County Development Services' Environmental Unit. Ask for the company's ROC license number and look it up, ask who will handle any permit, and get a written quote that says what will be done and what's warrantied.
